When my brother Jim decided to sell his house, I helped him interview potential agents. We were both very impressed with Karri, and nicknamed her Secretariat, (after the legendary racehorse), because she was so far ahead of the pack. She is extremely knowledgeable and has keen insight regarding market trends and marketing strategies, and shared her expertise in a way that made us feel very confident in trusting her. Aside from her general knowledge, she was incredible at listening and asking questions, making sure she understood what Jim needed, what his concerns were, and giving him great counsel on how to proceed. She was always available, helping locate the resources we needed for repairs, demystifying all the tons of paperwork, and maintaining communication with all parties. There is a lot of anxiety around selling a home, especially for the first time, but her wisdom, patience, and true affection for Jim gave him so much peace of mind. Karri was superior. We were in another state and in the process of selling and buying at the same time. We were buying site unseen and it took having the right agent that we could trust. Karri, was very easy to work with she’s very professional and make sure things get done in an timely fashion.
